Administrative Information

A. Class Meetings

This course meets every Monday from 6:00 pm. till 7:40 pm. in the computer lab classroom. Class attendance is important because of the interactive nature of both the instruction and course work. Failure to attend regular class meetings is counterproductive to the goals of the course and will adversely affect your course grade.

Each student can receive a free copy of the course book from the Suffolk Law School Bookstore. Please contact your professors for more information.

E. Course Material

The textbook assigned for this course is the E-Business Legal Handbook 3rd Edition,  which is available from your instructors. Additional reading materials have been provided electronically and are included as apart of this website.  The E-Business Legal Handbook 3rd Edition, Rustad & Daftary which will also be on reserve in the library.  Besides utilizing this textbook, students are expected to access the internet via an Internet Provider Services. Please see Gina Doherty, Director of the Law School's Computer Resource Center to gain access to the law school's Internet service provider as well as to set up an e-mail account.
